Regarding your high e hole, whammiworld may help, and Kahler will provide replacement parts at premium cost. Kahler also have an ebay presence.

If you have more questions, you could swing by http://www.heavymetalstrat.com/ a fansite for HMs. (I'm a moderator there... )
That's a cool site with a great gallery.

    Thanks!

Yep, that's all that matters. Maybe the HM Strat will go up in value faster than the Hiway 1?

I have a standard MIM Strat (96) and a Classic 50s (96), but my stupid pink HM Strat just kicks F'ing ass. I don't know why, but it just does. I'd really like to get another one just to see if mine is a fluke or if they are all that good.

And when I say it kicks ass, it's not just other strats, it's better than a lot of my collection. I'd say easily top 10 out of 30, and that's going against 6 Gibsons (4 LPs) and three USA Jacksons, a Charvel 750XL, ...

Kahler is only selling leftover parts for the Spyder, AFAIK, and they don't have any saddle assemblies left, from what I remember. I briefly had a Peavey Destiny recently with this bridge and needed to get a part for it. I ultimately returned the guitar, since it also had fret issues.

My old HM Strat was a monster player. I ultimately traded it for a Yamaha Weddington Custom, and I now I wish had either or both of them.

The only guitars I have that the HM doesn't walk on are the USA Soloists. I would place the HM above the old Kramer, the Model 2, and everything else.

just aquired a Fender HM myself..it was missing the trem bar, the Kahler script lock nut and Kahler script "A" saddle...I ordered all 3 parts from Kahler, they had the script logo stuff in stock, which was nice...killer guitars!
