did Dean make a "super strat"?

i recall a ways back seeing a really sweet looking Dean that looked amazingly like a Dinky - right down to the pointy headstock. i want to say it was H-H with a floyd of some kind. was it called the model 88? am i crazy? does anyone know what im talking about? got some details? value? quality? usa made?
no its not a vendetta either. i believe this was late 90's era stuff...

I thought about getting one of those when they were out. I think it was nicknamed the jackson killer(I'm sure somone from dean did that).

yeah thats it! the 450? nice. 450 pounds? geez thats spendy - almost a grand for the one for sale? i'd like to be able to say i have one someday but not that badly. tho, the headstock isnt right on that one. well, at least i know what i'm looking for now...i wish i had bought the one i saw on CL. it was only like $200...crap.
jackson killer? mmmehh...named by disgruntled former jackson employee?
is it me? or is the "dean" logo on the headstock trying to remind us of the jackson logo? script seems oddly familiar dont it?

if i was building a guitar it might look something like that spec-wise. except for the made in korea part but heck why not? it wasnt made in NORTH korea right? lol. hmmmm...
