I just got my first Ibanez 2610 the one with the single humbucker anyways I unscrewed the thing where the trem arm plugs into and some plastic bushing poped out and it has a notch cut out on the trem where it looks like it would be a perfect fit but I can't find a spot if iam confusing any body I can send a pic to your e mail

Yeah you may wanna post a pic because I need to see exactly what you are talking about because it's kinda hard to picture it in my mind's eye right now and give you any advice especially on an Ibanez with a Edge system I am familiar with Floyds mostly so yeah a pic would help out a lot thanks.8 strings? Because 6 is too easy? -
Edge zero is a new system. Mixed with the Edge pro and the Zero bridge from the S series. I personally don't care for it, but theres something for everyone out there.Comment

I know but there's this nice piece of paper that your forefathers wrote and agreed upon a couple of things. Sound familiar? All i meant by that is that i have no experience and can't help. Obviously it's not that popular either. Best thing to do is check on the Ibanez forums if you haven't already. I kinda like this free speech thing, don't you

Jemsite is probably the best place to find usefull information about Ibanez bridges failing that the Ibanez forum...
From your description it soudns as if the plastic collar has come off the bar itself and needs to go on.
Im guessing that the arm holder is like the ZR system and it needs to have the screw taken off to put the bar in and take it out, does the little plastic thing fit on the bar just under where the screw/collar would go...
Try to see if the plastic collar fits there put the collar on the arm and then tighten it onto the bridge....
I dont know why they didnt just go with the ZR....
Go to figure 27 theres a small plastic collar that fits onto the bar thats for the edge pro adn older edge systems but it sounds like the edge zero ahs the same thing with teh added screw/collar tha the ZR has...
Hope that helps, the plastic collar is supposed to make the bar more stable when its in the bridge...Comment
