Holy shit that looks amazing...
I've had experience with the sunburst tiger and that looks pretty close from what I can recall.

Is the headstock slanted or straight?

im not sure if its real
ala. the missing screw holes on the back
no markings on the back of the headstock(what i was told)
no reverse

many 80's esps never had any markings on the back of the headstock so i wouldn't go just by that when trying to determine authenticity...however the electronics cavity is shaped kinda weird for an esp and not the regular coffin shaped one they used for so long (may still use for all i know...been forever since i owned an esp)...d.m.
