  • New Kramer Jersey Star

Check it out dudes, won on Ebay last night for $715 - a steal for a guitar of this quality. The JS is the reissue of the Richie Sambora 'RS' signature guitar except the JS is widely considered to be better than the original.

Three Gibson hums, tricked out gold hardware, OFR, Schaller tuners, solid maple, star in-lays and this thing rocks according to those that have them. They are becoming increasingly rare. I believe they were only made for a few years by Gibson/MusicYo.

congrats on the purchase, I'm not much of a Sambora fan, but I do dig that guitar quite a bit.
oddly enough, I think I was looking at that same auction the other night, I didn't have any intention of buying, but there is some videos on youtube of casey jones ripping up
some 80's metal on that guitar which sparked my curiosity a little bit to take a look on ebay.

Yep, I don't like RS or Bon Jovi for that matter but I think I will like the JS, the follow-up to the RS signature. Certainly an awesome looking guitar and everyone says it is a great player. I just recently discovered Casey Jones on YT and that dude is a monster player for his age. Certainly better than me. I love his 'Back to the 80s' orginal tune.

Thanks to everyone else for the replies. I couldn't let it pass at that price. I haven't received it yet and despite reasonable feedback the seller doesn't communicate well so hopefully it's on its way.
