Looks just like a Heartfield. They connected in some way? Both Fender so I assume so..Every man dies... Not every man really lives!! -

I think the Heartfield became the Fender - i.e. the Heartfield name wasn't selling these, so they switched it to Fender to try and move them - that didn't work either.-------------------------
