You guys are making me feel bad with the clear coated limba, as I've got a white limba V that's getting the schenker treatment in a few weeks.....

I'm sorry, but something about the project shouted Schenker to me, so this one will have the black/white paint offset by the black/white binding.

Sully...it would be interesting to still do the Schenker theme, but use white and black stain instead of paint? Could look hideous, could look damn cool too...

I used dark grain filler on it, so it'd look a hot mess....lol.

Gorgeous wood, but there is no way in hell that thing can be intonated properly.

Sure it can. I had a Floyd once (and so has Joe/Charvel750) where all the saddles were in a straight line, and they intonated properly. Floyds are just weird like that sometimes.

Yeah, but those aren't even in a straight line. They are slanted the opposite way that they normally would be for a left-handed guitar.

Yeah, that does look a little screwy, but who knows?

Sorry, just seen all this - yes it wasn't set up properly at all. Just had it fixed and seems to work fine. Well spotted!

As for pick-ups, one guy had it nearly right: DiMazrio Tone Zone and DiMarzio PAF Pro.
