Should JCF have a seperate EVH section?

I was wondering if EVH guitars should have it's own separate forum on JCF.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it is managed under the Jackson umbrella. I think Chubtone posted something about touring the custom shop and seeing the Wolfgang's being built along all the other Jackson's by the Jackson/ Charvel guys.

Any thoughts?

I would say no. The reason is, this is a forum dedicated to Jackson and Charvel. While they are both now under the FMIC umbrella, the other FMIC brands don't belong on this board IMO.

Plus, Eddie would probably charge us to use his name on the forum.

The reason I bring it up is that it seems that Jackson is directly managing the EVH brand. Now FMIC owns J/C, but it seems for all purposes, that Jackson has remained a separate company for the most part. If Jackson started managing Hamer or Gretsch, applying their expertise to those brands, I'd ask the same thing. (What would a combination of a RR1 and a White Falcon look like? lol)

As far as greedy Edward charging us...well, maybe you're onto something there. But it wouldn't hurt to ask. Through all his various ventures with Peavey, and EBMM and now Fender>Jackson, it would be nice to have a forum directed to owners or prespective owners of his Wolfgang guitars/ 5150's to get their questions answered.

How in the hell did you guys tear up this thread without inviting me? this is just craziness. EVH is was my hero too, but he is bantha fodder now. Sammy rules. period. I vote no on a evh section. unless its a section where we can rip on his ass and make fun of him.
