Quicksilver added to the collection

One of Perry Ormsby's hand picked Quicksilvers, with Ormsby's hand wound pickups..............

So am I, I don't know much about Ormsby's pickups but soon as I plug this in the setting all had to be turned down. It has a coil tap and the sound is there in every position/combo. If it only didn't have a Cockheads name on it, but I got it for the price of a Charvel So Cal.

Yeah should do, these are very good guitars but because of Ed Roman's name they are dismissed by most people as shit. Perry picked these out when he was in the USA, I think he did the finishes on them as well as the pickups. He has another one on hold for me. Better quailty than Gibbsons and 1/3 the price......

I've never seen anything like that. The headstock looks like its a different piece of wood than the neck. The grain lines on the neck up to the brass thing don't extend past it and the color is slightly different (as you can see in the full back shot).. Weird..

I'm not sure what that is, but I swear I saw an Ibanez like that once. The Quicksilvers are beautiful guitars, even if they are associated with Ed Roman.
