Today it got a very needed RSguitarworks pot upgrade kit 530 k super pots and grey tiger caps.The bridge vol was a 300k with dead spots in the taper the neck vol about the same.
Tone pots read 100k.The input jack canister had some issues so a new switchcraft jack was in order.
Put a matching Gibson deluxe gold tuner in place of the lone chrome one.
Buffed the frets and oiled the finger board and now she is honkin'.

Pick ups too.
Not sure I like the bridge pick up that well so may drop a RS/Fralin true 60 in the bridge.

That sure looks like a regular short to me. What gave you the idea that it was a long? Maybe I'm not seeing what you are seeing.

Don I was looking at that tapered part under the pick up maybe that's just part of the body hell IDK.You may be right I'm no expert.
Yeah now that I look at it that can't be a tenon I'm a dumb ass.
Just did a little google search and yes mine is a short thanks Don.
