strange, my jacksons don't have compound radius and the american standard down by the shop has really low action and you can bend up the 15-19 frets really high without fretting out so it's impossible that it has 9,5 :S

A 12-16" or straight 16" is closer to:

        a) Straight 9.5" radius
        b) Compound 9.5 - 14"

I'd have to go with "b" :dunno:

Are they custom shops that you ordered that way?

          Yeah, no. It's a 9.5" radius.

            +1.

It looks great and feels great... Just as good as my Charvel (no joke).

            It's a really phenomenal guitar.
            I like EL34s.

Is it even possible to get no compund radius on Jacksons?

And why would you want it, lol...

It's not an option on the Custom Shop form. It's not like it has NEVER been done (Charvel at least, anyway) but it's at the least very, very rare.

I'm kind of tired of telling you stuff I know is a fact and then having you say shit like "Well I ought to be able to see it" and "It must be PLEK'ed then."

So, enjoy your new guitar = go fuck yourself, I really don't care what you buy, buddy.

All of the Strats have a maple NECK. A fingerboard is a different story.

Not the Rosewood and Lucite strats - they have rosewood and lucite necks!

Well, typical Strat necks are maple. Sure, there's some one-offs and custom shop models with rosewood or mahogany.
