I know what you mean and do regret never getting one of the Peavey back in the days...

That new "Fender" Wolfgang does look nice. A bit pricey but has some nice features. I really like the "burst" model:

We just got this same guitar in stock day before yesterday! I have to say it is setup awesome right out of the case.

there not pretty but they grow on you, a friend of mine that I grew up with has a peavey wolfgang special that he has had since we both starting playing in junior high, it killed my jackson PS-4 which was my first "good" guitar (read expensive, but the hardware and electornics sucked)

still has, its still bad ass

They should kill a ps4 they only cost 400 new and the wolfgang cost a lot more than that.

I know I bought the jdr94 that became the ps4 in 95 for $400plus tax. The wolfgangs I'm pretty sure were much more than that.

i think i paid like 600 with case, and yeah the peavey was more expensive, but now, hell, you can get a GREAT guitar for 600 bucks new
