Has anyone ever played or own one of these esp ltd Kirk Hammett Jr guitars? They are a 3/4 scale (20.5) guitar with 22 frets, string thru basswood body, with tom bridge. I have read mixed reviews on this guitar. Some say they cannot keep it in tune, others say stays in tune, while some says to tune up 1 step due to the short scale. Comes strung with 11-56 strings. Any advice?

Short scales are tough. I have three for my kids, and Epi LP, and Epi V and a mini Ibanez. The Ib might not be too bad. Haven't used them much. -
I tried one of the mini Ibanez basses, I THINK 25.5 scale, really fun to use because that's my guitar scale.
I tried one of the mini Ibanez's... Wasn't impressed, just like everything else Ibanez has made that doesn't say Prestige on it
Could be good for a beginner childs guitar.
