This on is on the bench tonight getting an rsguitarwroks pot upgrade kit and a set up.
Super 70's pick ups kick ass.
Really nice guitar and plays great.
I've always wanted to pick one of these ones. The lawsuit lp's are supposed to be some of the best out there. These are usually pretty cheap. There were a tone of nice ones for 200-400$ tops in my area, but i never got to play one so i never felt inspired. she is a beauty though
the ibby neck thru ones don't go that cheap! if they did I would have one : ) because I had on years ago creamy white with the little effctsswitch. badass had a real les paul too, would take the old ibby now. nice guitar but three picks are not my choice with these...
I know the old saying that the value of an opinion is generally inversely proportional to the strength with which it is held.
I think I saw a bolt on one in one of the Nashville shops I perussed through last night. It was under $200 I think. I think it was at Nashville Used Music. They have a (?) website which has their phone number if you are interested.
I had that same axe only it was a 75' model , with Gold covers... Damn! Wish i hadnt sold it in 81'.. Paid $300 for it. Superb Gibson quality imo..equal.
What are they going for now? $2500.00? I always sell before they become legendary! :-((
