Edwards over Tokai at the moment. Most lower spec Tokais Burnys and Bacchus are made in Korea or China these days. Like with the Charvels and Jacksons the early 80's to 90's are the ones to find, made very well to a quaility standard not a price.

I love my 165- i don't think the inlays are too much. I think the photos do not do them justice. My photos don't.

Funny you mention Killer Guitars.. I recently imported one.
Awesome, awesome guitar. It is that Northern Ash you were talking about. Sounds great in this case but pretty heavy, especially for a V. This is definitly the best sounding I have heard an EMG 81. I usually go with the 85. I think ESP owns Killer now as well..

Sweet man that looks beautiful, love the bevel on the upper wing. It really makes the Primes comfortable as well.
As far as i know Akira Takasaki and his buddy still own Killer guitars, they did Have Esp custom shop doing manufacturing in the old days tho.

I love that bevel too.. good eye! If you notice it also has the truss rod wheel above the neck pickup. I love the slanted floyd route as well.
I definitly want to get one of those classic killers at some point... I love the natural wood one with the flame or the gold one. I would have been in heaven at that store.
