I read an article somewhere that Grover designed the Mercury series guitars for Washburn in the early 90's. Any truth in that?

Nice. I've never played one, but I remember the ads for them in guitar mags back then, and Grover was pictured in a couple of them.
I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.

i have played a few and they are nice, especially the USA models. if i ever found one at the right price, i'd be all over it. i played the MG 112 and the MG 120. both were STELLAR and more than worth their prices. i just didn't have the money at the timeGEAR:
some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!
some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!
and finally....
i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!
