So wrong, but I would've LOVED to check out the Stryper show at the HOB!

A good friend did the guitar tech for Stryper at that show. He also commented how nice Michael's Carvin is. And Micheal is very picky with his gear so that says something.

But given the option, I'd take Oz' GMW pointy explorer before the Carvin.

Carvin does indeed make very nice guitars, but I was just surprised Michael was with them now.
Matt (Mattsmusicenter) commented last year about talking to Michael and doing a possible limited run replica of one of his Jacksons, but I guess that never panned out.

From what I remember, Matt had the ok from Michael for the run but couldn't get the commitment from the 10 buyers. As usual, there wasn't consensus with the specs so it never got off the ground. Too bad, that would have been a cool limited run.
