Thanks BK. The red one is an Ibanez Destroyer II. It's not a set-neck, just a bolt-on, but still a cool guitar

Don't know what PUs you have in your Gunslinger but the Dimarzio SuperDistortion in mine what doing nothing for me. So I swapped it for a ToneZone and wow! I tried it with my amp for the first time last evening at our rehearsal, and the 'Slinger had some serious "growl". I'm really diggin' it!!!

What's a good price for an Assassin, blue snake skin with case? I'm thinking of picking one up but I'm not sure if the price is too high. It's been for sale forever.

Love the thread. I dig my ST-3. I've played several and they've all been very nice guitars. I assume that they're similar to the USA Gunslingers for neck feel, is this correct? Also, I haven't played a new retro Korean Gunslinger. How are those necks?

No,the gunslingers have a much flatter wider neck.
They do have the same awesome raw feel though.

Can not compare to USA Gunslinger but they are rounder and thicker than an Ibanez RG550 (I own 2) but very confortable and no baseball bat feel. Compares a lil' bit like an Ibanez Wizard II like on the one of my RG350M. Also, my MIK 'Slinger neck has a very thin finish, feels like there isn't much finish on it. I like it very very much. It's back in my "live" rig right now.
