Lot's of cool Slingers here. The Slinger was one of my dream guitars back in the day. Passed on a Snake skin one for a LP Studio back in 88. What bonehead.

At any rate, here is my current one that I bought used. I believe it is a 2008. Picture is from the dealer's site, and the specs are wrong. It is a 24 fretter with one one volume. Plays awesome.

Love my 3-tone USA Gunslinger. Very comfortable neck and great Seymour Duncan pups makes for one of my favorite guitars !!!

I have been looking for a decent 80's USA GS for years. However, all the second hand ones available in the UK are usually expensive and damaged/have been played too hard. I picked up a red retro GS in 2009 and I really like it - great feel and sound. For the money it is a awesome instrument - highly recommended.

i got mine awile back from Jason Davis who worked at BC rich at the time
made a custom neck for it and had the graphics done by dan lawrence
Well, the neck wasn't ( BC Rich's ). I built it when I worked there.I worked in the El Monte factory in the 80's. I bought the wood & used the BC Rich truss rod. I had the neck guys slot the maple fret board for me. The neck is a super thin shape, & plays low & fast. It's a perfect guitas for screaming & heavy rock.
