Cheapest kit makers?

Got an idea I want to do some work on. Who makes the least-expensive guitar neck/body kits? Particularly looking for bolt-on stuff that can be ordered with no neck pocket routing or neck bolt holes drilled.

Foreign-made stuff acceptable.

I think that callout will be tough. Most places I'm seeing already have routes in the bodies.

I know you can get blanks from Warmoth or Carvin with no pocket, but I'd rather at least have the body shaped, just to save me some time (and if my idea takes several tries, then I've wasted even more time).
