So I happened to spy this one and just couldnt resist. I had seen this finish years ago somewhere and just always loved it. Matches some of the artwork in my house. Serial on her is 30 or 300 its hard to tell......

So I figured with ALL the liquidation snaggin just one wouldnt hurt and this was one I always wanted. Just liked this finish for some reason.

They had listed it as an M1 but its a Mirage Custom...





BUT as we all know packing is fuckin key....Now mind you its prob not UPS fault its actually the stores. They didnt take tension off, added a support to the case in the wrong place and fuckin surprise didnt seat the body tightly....Oh and ya its a matched headstock and its not paint its some sort of screening....I called the store and they are looking into repair. I said I didnt want the fuckin money back I had been looking for this one for 10+ years.

That really sucks! Got my B.C. Rich Gunslinger on Sat. through FedEx, and there was no case, but it was double boxed, and it arrived fine... came all the way from CA here to NJ.

+1 That is sad. Those Jackson head ESP's are great. My 1980's Horizon is one of my best guitars period. Nails Judas Priest tones 100%!

The only good is that it's better than a neck snap. It won't impact the tone of the guitar or the strutural integrity.

Assuming you are in CO, Mike Learn does headstock repairs too and you wouldn't have to spin your luck on the 'horrors of shipping' wheel.
