  • New Guitar Pics Day - Rooftop Strat Action

Fender 62 American Hot Rod RI... Sweetness. Love it. Was going to buy one used but went whole hog for a new one. Cured my Strat GAS completely.

Agreed, that color combination is fantastic. The scenery behind the axe is pretty sweet too.

Classic look, love the pickgaurd color with the white body. I'd have a Strat like that anyday. Really nice.

Nice guitar. Very cool pics. The background is awesome. I just hope no one bumps you when you go to reach for it or a high wind comes along. That would be long way down.

Is that the best you can do for a background?

Just Kidding . Beautiful shots!! My old hometown. Gonna be hard to top shots like that one. Nice axe too! I'd have been worried about a gust of wind taking her away off that ledge.

Fender 57/62 pickups. They're the standard "vintage" single coil they put in the reissues. Not bad.

One day I was up there and I opted not to do the ledge pics - the wind was nearly strong enough to knock the guitar over on the stand.
