Kramer Striker Holoflash Project

Here are some pics of a Kramer I refinished and applied holoflash too. This was my first attempt at flashing a guitar. Disclaimer: Yes, it has an American logo and it is not an American made Kramer. Its what I had at the time. This was a b-day gift to my bro-in-law and will never be sold. It was mainly an experiment and it turned out OK.

Nah, its not a side job. Just a new hobby. Ive only completely redone 2 guitars. Im still in the learning process. Basically trial and error.

Man, Id really dig holoflash finishes if they were solid around the edges, I know thats how they are, but looks odd to me. Love the finish its self though, a whole body in it would be sweet.

I know exactly what you mean. It sort of changes the shape of the guitar almost when it doesnt cover the whole body. Other than that I think it looks great.

Ive found that its really hard to get the flash to adhere to surfaces that arent flat. I dont know how well it would work doing the rounded edges.
