dang. looks nice, but come on....isn't all of this getting a bit out of hand????GEAR:
some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!
some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!
and finally....
i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!

The guitar builds you see too, i mean they are cool and all but i never see anyone playing them.

I can't believe they got Kahler to make a bridge for it.
I like the extra range of a 7 string guitar, although I mostly treat it like 6+1. I did try an 8 once and quickly realized it wasn't for me. It was fun to chug on the low F#, but I couldn't deal with the width of the fretboard and trying to keep all of those strings muted.
I do want to try a fanned fret 7 though...like this one from KxK.
