Major differences on the ESP:
1. cutaway
2. exaggerated bevels
3. body is wider/larger
Those three things all look like crap to me. I love a Jackson Rhoads. As I said earlier, I wouldn't play one of those Alexis if somebody gave it to me. So it is based off of a Rhoads, but in no way a copy in my opinion.
