I was supposed to go to bed but then got captivated by the video series of the Galaxy you made for DJ! Over the next few evenings I'll get around to watching all the other videos posted.

Some random comments:

-GORGEOUS guitar!

-The Raven headstock is really aesthetically pleasing.

-The guitar almost looks white in that "teezer" trailer.

-DJ has this great technique where he slides up and then bends up, and executes it so smoothly that it sounds almost like one of those whammy bar pullup squeals... I am gonna steal that trick!

-I love your greyhound!

-Great production on your vids. Educational and entertaining.

-I keep paying attention to your assortment of t-shirts. Will the SPAM one make an appearance?

Thanks so much for the kind words, and I’m glad that you liked DJ’s Galaxy V. He’s a great guitarist, for sure, and a hell of a guy. His instructional video (Lead Guitar DNA) Is definitely worth picking up (http://www.metalmethod.com/lead-guitar-dna.htm) . The Galaxy has a cameo at the very end, but is used exclusively in his new video, so I’m pretty stoked about that. The guitar was recently reshot white for this video; he was initially going to be using a green screen, and the color was interacting with the green screen. Oops!

The greys are in a few of the other videos as well, but one of them likes being on camera more. The videos (usually) are fun to do, and I’m glad that people get some entertainment out of them.

Y’know, I’m not super sure that I still have the SPAM shirt anymore, although I do still have that navy long sleeve shirt with the yellow stripes on the shoulders, so maybe I’ll dust that one off for a nod to the old school JCF.
