Got the fiddle yesterday. Bad-ass indeed. The neck is killer - needs a cleaning. It's a bit 'sticky' from the previous owner - might've been a sweaty dude. Definitely needs a set-up since it changed climates - went from Huntington Beach, CA to NYC.

I'm not too familiar with the GMW Rock Replicas Lee did, but were they logo'ed? This one has a water slide black logo. It looks aftermarket - it's not finished over. I have a GMW VHII bumble bee and it was logo'ed by the previous owner and not Lee. Or were they applied that way on purpose to look like an aftermarket application?

Even though I was hoping for a hardtail, the floyd on it is good. Might just block it. My only complaint is the middle PU. I need to get used to it. I keep hitting it while picking really hard on the downstrokes. Time will tell.

Thanks again to Tommy for the lead on it.

The Charvel decal would've been added by an owner, not Lee. Some GMW stratheads had a GMW logo, and the rest were left blank. Congrats on a great score!

you'e welcome, take the middle pickup out I say. Who cares about the looks, as long as it plays well after the setup,
that's all that matters for me.
Not helping the situation since 1965!
