    ticking the boxes

    i play guitars and well i collect as well but ive never intentional to tick the boxes. i went out to get a fender tele and got the explorer (it was cheap) the ibanez was me wanting a more metal guitar. the charvel is something i have lusted after seeing a model 2 in a shop window years ago. fender wise it was cheap and the Warwick was right bass at the right time.

    I feel i (missing a Jackson) that ive ticked all the big brand boxes but it was not intentional it just kind of happened. Maybe it was some sub conscious thing or maybe an un intentional covering of the bases?

    GEAR:

    some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

    some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

    and finally....

    i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!

          Sorry, I have to ask - what does "Tick the boxes" mean?
          In the future though I need to remember to not buy guitars while on Nyquil

              Oh, yes!

              Kind of like crabs but not as bad.

                      Oh that works, and it gives me something to hand out to the annoying kids who dress up as gang bangers gangster rappers on halloween.
