That neck HB route deff doesnt look original. Theres a listing in Louisville CL for a lot of pups, one of which is a Melodymaker OEM SC. You may have chance to go stock with this project if you can find a replacement pick guard.

Someone really trashed this guitar years ago and its collector value is way below a stock one so still worth decent money.
I have had some good offers so far which are way more than I have in it but I really enjoy playing it and its going to be hard to let go.
