    BTW... Glen Tipton pulled off some of the greatest metal guitar licks of all time. Love the guy.

    Eric has/had some sort of signature Gibson though. I certain it wasn't an SG, or I'm half certain it wasn't, but it's up to him what his signature should be imo.

        I mainly remember Glen for his SG back in the old days. Then it was that crazy Hamer.

            i allways wanted a hamer phantom like glen's but you never see them for sale. i know people round here ain't too keen on ed roman but i came across this on his site.



            probably the closest i'll get ot a glen tipton hamer.

                Not really on-topic but here goes.

                I have a beat-to-hell Phantom A5.
                Favored by Andy Summers, predecessor to the GT, and the Steve Stephens variations.
                Cool guitar but the neck is a little too chunky for my taste.

                I'm sure I'll grow into it!
