That DTS purple looks fantastic on the quilt!
I am thinking about ordering an ST300 with a quilt top, but couldn't decide on the color until I saw your guitar.
BTW, I also only want a single volume knob, but "1 vol, no tone" doesn't appear as an option in the "Guitar Builder" on the Carvin website. Is that an option that you have to call them on the phone to ask for?Until you get weaned off the boobie, you are going to have to do what the wife wants too. -Rsmacker

Yes sir, you have to call them and ask. They may not do it on that model though. The only reason I was able to get it on the CT624 was because Neil Zaza has carvin make his guitars like that so it was all ready in their cnc computer. But if you call ready to place an order they may just do it. Also just so you know I learned the hard way that a guitar wont allways sound "right" without a tone knob. I guess even with it in the wide open position it still has an effect on the tone. So to mimic that and get my guitar to sound how I thought it should I took a 470k ohm cap and then a .047 resistor and wired them in series from the center position of my three way switch to ground. Cap side on the switch and resistor side to the ground. Really straigtened the guitar out.
