I'm not taking any new orders until October at the earliest, and build times aren't fast. Going back to sanding in a few!

Sully, great video. I'm so envious. I wish I had the know how and equipment to build guitars. It looks like so much fun. Heck, if I could just make guitar necks, that would be awesome. And it must feel great to know that people like your work so much that you are able to say, "I'm not taking any more orders until October." Keep up the good work. Hope to see more videos from the garage.

Oh, and even though I'll probably never have the cash for one of yours or any custom for that matter, I like the hook style headstock I but LOVE the 3+3. And I normally hate 3+3 headstocks. Just an opinion if you're keeping track.. Keep it up man! And yes... I just drank!

Some carbide tools might be worth a look when dealing with hard fretting materials.
I fabricated some scrapers from solid carbide milling inserts that work very well and have not dulled.
Helps to have diamond grinding wheels at work to fashion the radius and reliefs on the carbide.
