Sweet. Congratulations!. Is this a Randy Rhoads sig model or a vintage LPC?

Very nice, never much into Les Pauls, but of course that one gets a pass.

                    Thanks!

I got it b/c it looks very much like Randy's, hence me wanting this thing since I was a kid, but it's not an RR sig. It's just a '97 custom. Looks much older than what it is though

You can never go wrong with a cream white LPC like Randy's. It always looks classy! I have some LPC's in white like that and have converted a couple of them to Randy Rhoads clones including the brass cavity covers, engraved pickguard, etc... Congrats and enjoy it!

I was considering maybe doing that. Do you have any pics of your conversions? I'd like to see how you did the pickguard.

I didn't know randy had brass cavity covers either. you learn something everyday!

Here is my original 74 LPC which I converted. I also picked up a LP road case and converted it as well
                              Before:

                              After:

Here are a couple shots of it waiting to go on stage last year complete with Randy Rhoads Snakeskin strap and Marshall Randy Rhoads amp

Here are the changes Randy made to his so if you decide to convert yours this should make it easier:
                              Blank truss rod cover
                              Schaller tuners
                              Schaller strap locks
                              Gold speed knobs
                              Gold pointers
Brass toggle switch tip and pickup selector plate
Brass back cover and toggle switch plate
                              Brass output jack plate
                              RANDY RHOADS engraved pickguard

I had a local engraving place engrave my pickguard then I filled in the lettering with Gold Testor's model paint. If you need any further help/info to convert yours just let me know. Good luck with and once again, Congrats!
