As always, fantastic playing by Steve Stevens! I saw the new VG Strat at NAMM back in January. I have the older version of the VG Strat which does not have nylon string, sitar, dobro, etc... settings. It does have Baritone, Tele, Ash Strat, Humbucker, Drop D tuning, open G tuning, and various acoustic settings, as well as 12 string. The older models are also made in the USA. It's powered by four AA batteries and the Roland VG kills those batteries rather quickly. It does however function as a normal Strat should the batteries die mid song.

Great playing from Steve. Not really diggin the sounds from the guitar, but its a cool idea anyway...
