It has an EMG81 in the neck and an EMG89 in the bridge, but no push/pull pot to split it.

That looks killer! Always wanted to try out one of their USA customs, but I've never seen one.

It looks like it because of the back of the headstock, but is that a bolt on?

Yes, it has the AAJN. The neck is very nice, the inlays might even be real MOP.

Life down here is just a strange illusion -I love the graphic, good looking fiddle! Was Ibanez piggin' on Jackson sharkie style or were they there first?

If you don't mind me asking Don, would you be able to tell us (or PM me) the price you got that for? I'm looking into another Ibanez and if those things go for a good price I'll probably get one of those instead of a Prestige or something.

Jackson first my man. My buddy has an RGT42DXFM (one of my favourite guitars) with abalone Ibanez "shark fin" inlays, and if you look at it in the correct light, you can see one portion of it is lighter and the other is darker. Like imagine a normal Jackson shark fin inlay, with a darker bit on the top. It's hard to explain, I'll see if I can grab a pic or something.

the pricing on them usually depends on the rarity of the graphic as well as the condition of the guitar...they can gpo anywhere from 800 if youre lucky to well baove that...but in their defense they really are nice guitars...d.m.
