But I'm pleased. A good friend is having a hard time (aren't we all?) and offered up his guitar and amp, and for the price, I couldn't refuse.
Got an ESP LTD H-500 and a Marshall MG100 1/2 stack. Told my buddy he can have it back at the same price when he's ready.

Guitar is a 24 fret maple/rosewoodboard NT with mahogany wings, and a flamed maple arch top, EMG 81/85, trans black with black chrome hardware. Grover tuners, TOM bridge, strings thru body, binding on neck, head, and body. Not a bad player at all. Nice purple lined hardshell coffin case. I'll have more about it later. This guitar and amp sound thin and tinny together, and my rig is at my bands practice place, so I can't side by side compare.
