I have an amberburst one. It took me a bit to get used to it. The aircraft controls aren't so much once you get used to them. The neck is a wierd scale 24 5/8" but it's extremely easy to fly around on. The Rockfield Mafia pups work best IMO for drop tunings, I have mine set up in drop-b. I haven't played it in standard tuning in my Genz but it works in drop great so why bother. It's a bit on the heavy side but all you have to do is play it awhile and you won't notice it. The upper horn does dig into your sternum if you sit down on a couch to play. They are quite beautiful guitars. The red and blue look good and I was turned away from getting a red one when I got mine because they were out of them. The amberburst looked way better in person so I went away pleased. If you do get one spend the extra and get the BC Rich fitted case, nothing else fits right. Highest quality guitar I own. Good luck. P.S. If you live close to me you're more than welcome to come try mine out.
