Post your Floyd Rose strats

Hey guys
I'm building a superstrat guitar. The neck will probably be a Musikraft but I'm building the body from scratch.
I'm just not sure if I should go with a recessed or a non-recessed Floyd. I like to think that strats with recessed Floyds are ugly. So I'm asking for you guys to try and help me decide with pictures of different strats with different floyd routes. Be it Jackson, Charvel, ESP, Fender, whatever! As long as its got a pickguard.

not all floyd'd but most of them...i thought i had apic of my old ST-3 collection. for some reason super strats have always been like a revolving collection, while the other dont ever go anywhere.


top: 86 soloist custom, 02 wayne, 87 st-3, 86 HRF strat, 87 NAMM st-3
bottom: missing link 85' ST-3, 81 schecter (solid brazilian rosewood), 86 dinky (needs resto), charvel mutt.

i got it and the dinky from a guy in NJ. real OFR smaller hum route 10/86 and its in some jackson graphics book that Jim Shine has on his web site, i thought it might have been a refin at first since it doesnt have the build stamp. could use a fret leveling to be perfect but it still pays real nice, i like a more medium low action anyway.

Checkerboard is an 86 Charvel model 2 body and Chandler neck Dimarzio super 3 IIRC.

I prefer the feel of a non-recessed trem, but if you have a recessed Floyd, you can get a little more bridge height by adding a shim to the neck, which I'm fine with. Recessed looks fine to me.

If you search, that's what I did. First I found a flamed maple neck, then a white body, then everything else.
