  • Ash Dinky with Roasted maple neck

    Hi all,

Here`s my finished guitar build based on the Charvel Natural series.. but with a roasted birdseye maple neck, an ash body, Floyd with stainless steel parts.. and an EVH Frankenstein pickup.

The body and neck were ordered from Musikraft and came out amazing!

Plays better than my Charvel Art series.. and for half the price.

    Enjoy.

Yup Its roasted, when I opened it out of its packaging it had a really strong aroma of burnt caramel.. mmm

Musikraft said they had a small batch of roasted birdseye maple.. so I ordered a quarter sawn neck to be made to charvel specs. (Looks much darker in real life)

That is an awesome piece of wood. Usually roasted is a bit darker which why I asked. Make sense that it is darker in person. Its tough to photo some things accurately for me anyways.

Cool to see Musikraft still kicking out some good stuff. I have a bunch of their necks, I ordered a half dozen to my specs several years ago.

Is that one of the Jamerson Musikraft necks? Ever one I have seen has been pricey but gorgeous

Glad to hear that the Musikraft gear is good quality. I'd like to do my own build some time...
