Van Nuys Schecter junkies?

1 piece koa body, 1 piece Brazilian rosewood neck, maple skunk and dots, it's a brick and doesn't sound like a strat but its a killer.

Killer I love that one.

There is one here locally and I think its a parts kit,black body,brass pickguard and 3 DiMarzio SDS-1's and has the Shecter bridge that looks a littler more massive than a std vintage trem

I had a chance to snag an 84 tele for 400 bucks. It was gone the next morning.

I know that there's a tonne of Schecter hate out there, but I have to say I've owned two newer Schecters recently and they really weren't nearly as bad as all that (after swapping the pick-ups lol). I've heard good things about the van nuys ones, but have never seen one in person. Both of the examples shown here are really sweet, the koa one is beautiful.

It was a cool axe but i cant play a neck that size. The dude that got it is keepin in touch with me seems like a good dude and is really into schecters. So in all it went to a good home and i got to save it from extinction lol
