Generally steer clear of signature models because of the inlays or band logos on the guitar.
The stripped Bich is kinda cool but got to thinking about it and nope not my cup O' tea.
    Really? well screw Mark Twain.

Sure, Strat's were played by Jimi etc. but a sig guitar is a LOT more specific. It's the overt promo of another band or artist I can do without. I can be a fan of an artist or band without parading around their sig gear. YMMV

This is a "Marc Rizzo Sig" but I bought it because there's nothing on it that would identify it as a signature series guitar. It's just a badass Stealth neck-thru with a reverse headstock...

Had the 6 string version of that in a blue-gray scheme. Badass looking ax, fo' sho.

Thanks! I wanted one since the 80's. Sounds and plays absolutely amazing... it's really dark and brutal. The neck nails that cold glassy feel of a custom Jackson when you first pick it up. Build quality wise, it's as nice or nicer than any CS Jackson that I've owned. World Guitar makes great stuff!

Oh, and they put the right headstock on that guitar... that's my favorite BC headstock shape.

I've so wanted a Stealth like that BUT a 6-string with an OFR which they don't do. These last several years with World Guitars Korea is what I compare to the "Golden Years" with Charvel/Jackson Japan. They are putting out USA Custom Shop quality with high end components. They are starting to get to the point that they are pricing themselves out of being economically viable from a business standpoint. Most all the guitar manufacturers are moving all their guitars to Cort Indonesia or India or China. I really don't know of much being built by World Guitars Korea anymore other than some high end BC Rich's, a PRS or two, and maybe a couple of high end Schecters if they haven't moved them all away from Korea by now. In the future, these will be looked at in the same way we look at 86-92 Japanese neck-thru Charvel and Jackson's. We all know what Model 6's and 750XL's bring now. If you can get ahold of these guitars on clearance, they are a no-lose proposition in terms of depreciation.

                    • Lots of talk about the "sig guitar" thing. While its not ideal for me, I don't know who the fuck joey what's his name is (nor does anyone I've asked..lol) What do I know? I know that I'm getting a new killer fuckin guitar tomorrow (or Wed), that had it not been on sale for 299$ I wouldn't have got. I know the other guitar player in my band loves it. My drummer loves it. (my bass player fukin hates it) I'll leave it at that. And from the reviews this guitar is getting, I'm going to fukin love it. So I have 2 choices. I play the fuck out of it and deal with the blood and shit on the fret board. Or I sell it. I've also mentioned sending it out to Learn to have some fun with, which I think is a real option if its that good. I've never really been overly interested in what my guitars looks like. I've always been into functionality....I'm hoping I can deal with the looks of this thing....and just shut up and shred.
-Now....shut up n play yer guitar

That stealth is bad-ass, is it 25 1/2" scale or 24 5/8" scale like the Chuck models?

                        • Recieved mine last night. Everything was perfect. Great deal. My only gripe is with the fret wire. Much narrower than all of my Charvel's JUMBOS. Very happy overall.

Narrow ??? Mine has the exact same fretwire as my Charvel Custom Shop DeMartini and San Dimas Flame-Up.

I'm no expert, but they are not nearly as wide as the jumbos on my model series Charvels (3,5 and 88) or my '90 Jackson Soloist. Not a big deal, just an observation.

                              • Pretty sure my SL1T has 6000 fretwire on it, which is the most massive stuff available (and not on too many stock guitars from the factory). Perhaps that's what your past guitars had and this guitar has 6100s.
