Another Neck-Thru OFR BC Rich World Guitar Deal - Heads Up

Guitar Center is blowing out the World Guitars Korea BC Rich Mockingbird ST's for $399.99. Those are the neck-thru models with quilt maple tops, ebony boards, diamond inlays, Original Floyd Rose and all the crazy BC Rich knobs and switches. The only negative on these is the Duncan Design pickups. These are really nice guitars, sell for $699.99 everywhere normally. They come in trans-red, trans-blue, trans-black, trans-purple and trans-cherrysunburst. My local Guitar Center had 4 of them out for sale for $399.99 and it looked like a national deal.

I have one of the honeyburst ones with Rockfield Mafia pickups. They are quite heavy but the play great. The one I have suffers the same problem as the GC ones, as it needs a pickup swap to get a lot better tone out of it. For the money you can't go wrong.

Got 2 of em in my store. Great guitars. Not crazy about all the goddamn knobs and switches, but it's solid. A little weak though, needs some hotter pups.

If you are picky about neck profiles you need to play an old Rich before you buy it. The range of sizes and profiles is all over the place. I don't think I own 2 that are exactly the same.

Nice guitars and that is a great price.

Price still shows up as $699 for me. I'd definitely be interested at $399. The only problem is, the ugly ass headstock logo. They should just do the R inlay like on the USA models, or do something like the old NJ Series guitars.

Strange, all 4 at my local Guitar Center are $399 and the printed up ad sitting next to them looks like some kind of national sale deal. I would inquire about it.
