SD Style Body with Binding?

I'm looking for someone who offers an SD style bodies with figured maple tops and binding.

I checked Rosser Guitars and they're not doing them any more. Warmoth doesn't offer 2 1/4" neck pockets and Musikraft doesn't offer binding on any of their SD bodies.

Any advice on who might offer a body like this?

I just bought a KnE body for another project so I'm aware of them. They might be able to do what I want but they don't offer it as a standard option so they're a last resort.

Actually, Sully just came to mind last night so I haven't had a chance to ask if it's something he would want to do.
