Picked this up at the pawn shop for a song, It has been modded from a Floyd to a Kahler, not a top notch pro job,but not a hack job either, did not realize routing had to be done to the trem block cavity, wach ya think?
Very cool guitars, too bad about the mods. Does it intonate at least?

cool guitar. i always have a couple of ST-3s around, really under rated guitars. those necks are from right before class axe, tho some were class axe assembled.... the straighter cut fret board end and those tuners are dead giveaways. with BCR bolt ons the necks evolved over time.
Very cool! Love the hell out of that finish! Wish pawn shops in my area would get some stuff like these or better Jacksons/Charvels instead of the endless amount of strat copy garbage or beat to shit gutiars that have 55 coats of Krylon! Enjoy Sir!
Very cool. Would probably not be too hard to put a correct Floyd back on it. With that finish you could probably fill the holes and just touch them up with some black paint, buff and be good to go.
A small wood cut could fill that area with the gap and you could likely use touch up pens or an airbrush to black it all out and make it roll in nicely. Either way its not really an issue just my thinkging

Dilluting the brand one MUTT at a time.
Could be a worse Kahler. Someone on my Craig's has a badass ESP M-1 but they took out the LFR (could have put in an OFR) and put in a Kahler flat mount they called an "upgrade" they want $1200 for it.
