aria pro?

It doesn't look like any Aria Pro I've ever seen. It's certainly not a Matsumoku Aria, in which case, I'd stay the hell away from it.

yeah thats the one. i think he started at 800 sat at 500 for awhile. last ad i saw was at 300. thought about tradin my bv120 for it since i only have about $145 in it and if i could find that it was legit then thought maybe i could ebay it for $300/$350 since it has a nice case but nah i love my bv120. only thing is the guys i had planned on jammin with now dont have time so a halfstack is prretty useless in an apartment lol

it does kind of look like a heavily rounded off version now that you mention it. when the guy said aria i thought maybe a slightly sanded aria headstock.
edit-after looking more closely to the dean vs aria, its closer to the aria as it has more wood than the dean.

From what I found Mako used to make Strat, Tele, Les Paul, and Explorer copies as well as modified versions of Stars and Warriors. Couldn't find any evidence of them making a V or RR copy though. It may be a Mako-mutt using their neck but no telling where that body came from. Everything I find points to them going out of business in '89.In memory of Gary Wright 9/13/2012
