I have had a few of these in the past and actually quite a shredder guitar.
I'm a sucker for a humbucker/ single configuration so I picked it up.
Has Gotoh tuners and trem so good hardware.Previous owner installed an RSguitarworks upgrade kit and thats a huge plus for me.
Duncan Performer invader copy in the bridge so again a plus because I like those pick ups even if it is the cheaper line of Duncan.It screams BTW.
Not sure whats in the neck but it sounds nice and clear.
Some nicks and clearcoat dings but I don't care about that because its going to get a warbird graphic.
Don't pass these over if you find one cheap they rock!

Here you go, should make a killer warbird.
From what info I remember the bodies and necks were contracted to ESP Japan and assembled in the USA.
The one humbucker I had in the past had a Duncan Disortion when it was new.

Foxxe Barrington kramer stepchild again. GREAT pieces and often over looked!

Yeah, wasn't Foxxe Barrington's import/budget line? Growing up in Chicago (Barrington is a suburb of Chicago, and that's where the name came from), those things were all over the place.

Barrington guitars were made in Chicago mostly Jazz and archtop guitars.
Foxxe was their import line.
I played the snot out of it last night and it really plays very well the Gotoh trem is the same that came on the USA BCR gunslingers of that time.
Solid player and the neck is just a hair bigger than a model series Charvel so pretty much feels like a J/C to me.

I remember a few guys that worked at Washburn and later Barrington; all I ever saw in the stores from Barrington was the super strat stuff, and then later, the Foxxes. Did a little research and saw that they may have contracted ESP for OEM work (like Chandler did for some stuff) and had them assembled at the Barrington shop. Interesting. I've never seen their Jazz box stuff, tho.

The site was iffy when I posted the first pic. I signed back in so thats why the two pics.
You can snag these really cheap and they would make a hell of a back up guitar for the studio or a gig.
Going to take it apart tonight and give it a good cleaning then a set up.
Not digging the neck pick up all that much so I may slap a Fender single in there.
I guess the bridge is a detonator model and sounds darn good so it will probably stay.

That's pretty cool! Without 24 frets the cutouts seem a little unnecessary, imo.
