I can relate: today was the projected due date on my Carvin build. But they haven't charged my card or updated my order from "Processing" yet.

You're going to love it when it's ready. Patience can be hard to come by but you just tell yourself how good it's going to be when that fiddle arrives. I'm used to waiting for motorcycle parts so this isn't too bad.

You guys will have to help me make that comparison. Two different monsters of course but both are supposed to be lookers with extremely high output, tons of tone, and come with as much quality as their respective companies can provide.

The Pau Ferro fretboards can be tricky. I like them the most with guitars that have figured tops and matching headstocks. The idea is the entire front, top to bottom, of that instrument should carry an amazing amount of grain from the wood swirling around giving you the impression that not only do you want to play it but there is a lot to look at.

On solid color guitars with a natural headstock there are times when the Pau Ferro can look out of place.

I've just been letting this new arrival warm a little since it showed up a half hour ago but it is super nice. Matt and Jay at Matt's Music did a great job handling everything for me and delivering a cool Suhr. They run a nice store and will do everything they can for you. I could not be more appreciative of their efforts! Thanks guys!

I'll do a review after I spend some time with it but I hope you guys like what you see. I'm very happy with it.

Thanks bro. I had been after a burl maple Suhr for some time and this was more than worth it. For what I was looking for Suhr really nailed it and Matt's saw it through perfectly.

Wow thats really nice. One of the best looking guitars Ive seen here. They did a great job with the finish ,Ive got 2 Suhrs and they are great playing but this one here is also a beauty. Congrats bro
