Vector that is just beautiful! I do have a question though. From my calculations this has been going on for about 3-1/2 months, and at the current rate looks like it may be complete in another 2 maybe? How is your buddy going to stretch this out another 18+ months minimum? Shipping?"I have so much gayness at times. My wife walks in my music room, and there I am, in my undies, listening to "Sister Christian" while lighting fireworks..doin' blow." - Bill Z
"I leave off the back plate and pinch my forskin between the tension springs. That may not work for everyone. But I find that the people love it. Half the tone is in the pud." - Bill Z

Well, given that he doesn't work for J/C Custom Shop, I'd say he's not really bound by the same time, uh, constraints that they are. There will be one bit of frustration in that the guitar will be, for all intents and purposes, completely built but will need finishing, which requires a month of curing. Looking at a mid August delivery date.

Beautiful! Makes my want to throw my project in the chipper! LOLTransitioning from Retired Musician from cover bands to a Full time vocalist/frontman/guitarist in an original and covers band....it's been a while and this should get NASTY!

It's sad to see so much of that beautiful quilt has to get carved out for the P/Us and the Floyd!
Awesome work though.

Sorry Vector but I'm going to have to objectify your guitar for a moment...
Dear guitar, you sexy bitch. You have some amazing curves and that quilt is over the top. Do a little spin..

Looks sweet!! How did he do the compound radius? A jig like the one Sully showed in one of his videos?
