may i present elvis ...2003 jem 7vwh, ebony board, edge pro (kinda freaky trem...it wasnt setup properly but now that it is it sits very low in the body so you almost can't feel it...will take some getting used to)...overall? i like it a lot and am very happy with it...but what you really wanna see is pics right? lol...d.m.

Congrats. No offense, but it might be worth your while to do some searches on how to spot a fake. I almost bit on a JEM in a pawn shop two years ago until I did some research. It turned out that the serial number on it has been used on hundreds of fakes floating around the country.

The JEM is a popular guitar for counterfeiters.

serial checked out before i got it...the 7vwh is one of the most counterfeited guitars out there sadly...coupla things the counterfeits rarely get right?...tremolo (well nobody seems to like the edge pro anyway lol...i dont mind it tho i prefer an original edge), spacing of the screws on the guard, the neck profile...it was a trade deal we did in person so i got to inspect it up close before agreeing to the trade and i inspected it VERY closely as i traded a 777vbk for it...luckily i've yet to get a bum deal off of jemsite lol...d.m.

COOL! I didn't even know you could get an ebony board on one of these. I've always loved JEM's. Every part of them. Nice dude.

yeah, originally the white Jem had an ebony board. VERY nice guitars.

nah just an edge pro...no extra controls although i thought the saddles looked kinda odd, but its my first edge pro...i'm used to the original edge...the lock blocks in this thing are huge and it has funky red plastic thingies on the bottom of it too...not sure what they're for lol...d.m.

I was used to the original Edge (which I love!) as well. Honestly, after playing with an Edge Pro for a while, I can say I like it about as much as the Edge.
I don't think your going to hate it.

i don't hate it by any stretch...little weird as it sits so low...like it enough that i'm gonna have the locking studs mod done on it...love the guitar...d.m.

I've never played an Edge Pro, sadly. The piezo version was a cool idea. I rust the saddles out so quickly though, I'd be scared to use a piezo fitted one. She's a genuine Ibz though, so congrats.
