I think its worthy for sure i imagine it would have been a great upgrade over the jelly belly in your hamer. I like most dimarzio pickups i come across actually. most my guitars have them.

I don't mind hotrails,blackouts and the fullshred but i wont be buying any again. I have a dimarzio paf/hs4 in my chicken picking charvel mutt and its pure gold hey. Just a fantastic all rounder setup.
